I called ahead of visit trying to locate parts/service for an 8 yr old exercise bike. I was informed that parts were not available, so I asked if you had exercise bikes and what was in stock. I made a trip to Y-NOT in Lexington and got the same professionalism in person, as on the phone. I was taken to the bike on the floor we had spoken about and able to ask questions, that were answered to my satisfaction, able to sit on the bike and check it over for updates from my older bike. I asked about delivery and pick up of old bike and was fully accommodated since that was out of my realm. I appreciated the time taken with me in fulfilling my exercise bike needs. Thank you for accommodating my needs and this was the first time I have been to Y-NOT. I look forward to delivery on Friday/Saturday.
