I have already recommended y-not to multiple people. I have told them that for the price you get a TON and service you won't forget. I am so happy I was able to trade in my old bikes for a new one and I was assisted by Sophie who was really helpful and made purchasing the buy easy and fast. I saved so much money going here and I haven't stopped riding. Sure you can buy a bike from Walmart but you won't get this kind of service NOR will you get the quality and speed of a special order. In the same week I ordered the bike, I got it. No hassle. Also, they give you a manual on how to use and care for the bike with a coupon for a first free service. I will 100% go back to buy more accessories. Just go buy the best bike you've ever owned and keep it for years from Y-Not. Absolutely 100% worth the money and drive.
