Y-Not repair work has always been reliable and done in reasonable amount of time. The work has been done very quickly when I've needed my bikes for races or travel plans.
I realize you cannot control backorders from your suppliers however, I'm confident there were others ways to get the parts my wife ordered. To get repeat business you need to try a little harder.
