Service on my wheel was great the team was friendly and ask many questions what had happened to my wheel so it could be fixed or replaced. They replaced the wheel and I am very pleased with this .
I tell all my friends and family about the bike shop and when the new bike trails open in Mansfield soon this will be great for Business!!

I appreciate the young girl who waited on me both days. She recommended I try a couple of bikes to see which I preferred without pushing me towards more expensive models. She was very patient answering my questions and addressing my concerns. She listened to my goals and chose bikes based on my needs.
I love the service that I will continue to receive from the shop as I start my journey back into bike riding.

Fast and friendly
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of our problem very promptly and communicated with us quickly. We had an issue with a tire and weren't expecting it to be taken care of the day we brought it in but they were able to take care of us which saved us a 50 mile trip back. I believe the gentleman who helped us was named Rick L.
