The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The service is outstanding with a great turnaround. We took our bikes in for a tuneup and were contacted the next day that the bikes were ready for pickup.
Great service and honest have bought 8 bikes from them for the family an on my daughter's bike they sized her to the bike and helped us get into the right size and appropriate the time they give for helping get into what we wanted

80$ for a tune-up on a bike, that is almost new, are you kidding me. And then to run up the bill w the BS extra parts to break a 100$. no recommendations from me, and I'll never darken your doorway again. What did you spend a whole 30 min working on it.

You deal with someone you know and who will be there the next time you come in and the times after that. And they will come to know you. I have had pause over some of their prices, but every purchase has proven to have had the best value over time. Their service is fast, professional, and reliable.

Very nice folks at this cycling shop. They are a very busy place partly due to their store being along the bike trail. The other part is, I'm sure, because they are attentive to their customers' needs and answer all your questions. I just had a tune up to a bike I purchased from a neighbor, and also bought a bike carrier so I could get to the bike trail and other places to ride without trying to put the bike inside my car. I will be returning to get a cart for my great grandson so I can take him on bike rides. I would recommend them without hesitation. Glad I found them when I needed it.
