The service I have received in Mt. Vernon, Ohio is very good, gracious, and fair. Dave is a very good listener, willing to help, knows his stuff, and do what is right for his customers.

Your customer service is just as we like it, not high pressure but informative. Calm, kind and friendly atmosphere. Our new Townie’s are far superior to any bikes we have ever had. Thank you for being fair with us on the prices you gave us for our trade-in’s. We are recommending Townie’s and YNOT to our friends.

Eric was kind enough to hold a bike for me until I could drive up from Cbus later that same day. I'm very appreciative of his kindness, as I know stock is low and new bikes, parts, and equipment are coming in slowly. Love my new Trek Verve 2 disc! Thank you!
