I brought my bike in for the $49 tune up special. I told the gentleman to please check front derailleur because it wasn’t shifting right. Picked up my bike after completion, I asked if they did check this and was told they did and it’s shifting worse. I can’t complain too much until I give them the opportunity to fix the problem again. I will be calling to get this taken care of.

I utilized Y-Not Cycling to get a tune up on my bike. The service was thorough and completed within an appropriate time frame. Also, the bike was washed and cleaned. This was very unexpected and highly appreciated. My wife and I will continue to utilize Y-Not Cycling for all of our biking requirements.
