I came into shop to pick up my bike. . Worker was in back probably working on bikes. I waited awhile for someone to come out. Meanwhile, a young attractive lady came in and was looking at helmets. The guy in back came out and started helping her. Not asking who was first.
She took a very long time with multiple questions.
At no point was I acknowledged. By the time she left, someone else came in behind me so I didn’t not want to anything infront of this other person.
It started my day in a bad mood.

We bought our electric bikes from them last year. They were very helpful in showing us all the different kinds and also lets us take them for a ride before we bought the bikes. They back their products 100 percent and give you your first tune up free! I highly recommend!

Ever since I started going into the shop in Lexington a few years back I've gotten great service. After several used mountain bikes I finally bought a new one. I wanted to change a sprocket on it after it was already put together. Eric didn't bat an eye, he ordered it and got it put on. Now I just need to get out and ride it.
