Sales person helping me on the phone (Monika?) went above and beyond. She looked but couldn't find the item I needed immediately and took my phone number and called me back when she was able to locate it. Great customer service like this is one of the reasons I'll be a repeat customer! Great experience.
Had a great experience in the Langley store on Tuesday. Cerys and Angwar (I hope I got those right) were great at helping me pick out a bike, get it built, and resolved an initial build issue. Will definitely be returning for any future bike needs.

Your store was seriously understaffed.
The staff was very friendly and helpful under the circumstances, but there was a lineup of people waiting to be helped, and only one person covering the front desk, who had to spend part of his time out demonstrating new bikes to prospective customers.
Trek/Bontrager products are high quality and dependable. Very knowledgeable staff that are willing to help all levels of cyclists.

West Point Cycles staff is friendly and knowlegeable. Repairs are made on the spot, or in a day or two, depending on what needs fixing.
I came in late in the day on the Friday of the Victoria Day long weekend. The store was busy but there were several bike specialists available to help. In a lot of bike stores, I find that staff are really condescending to women, and I found it refreshing that that was not the case at your store. I had some questions and the staff person was very helpful, checked our tires for wear, and did not try to upsell us. I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend your store to other people.

While riding Friday morning, my chain broke. I took my bike in to West Point at opening at 11. They fixed it immediately and I was out riding again by 11:15. The service was extremely professional. I was impressed

Bob was very thorough in determining the work I needed done on both my bike (a lot) and my wife’s (none) ; gave me a detailed invoice when I picked up my bike.
The bikes were ready when promised.
I met Dave and bought a bike from him. He was so helpfull in my decision on what bike to get and also had a wealth of knowledge about bikes.
Since then I've been back for servicing and met a lot of amazing people there. The staff are very eager to help and I'm very happy I chose Westpoint Cycles.
