Dave was amazing and very helpful, had a stolen front tire, he found a wheel, a tire, a tube and he didn't have the rotor i wanted so he offered to do a transfer which I was fine with. Then 45 minutes later i get an email saying my work order was done, called and Dave said yep, I found one for you here. I will definitely do more business with you guys in the future

I have had my bike serviced two times and each time they went over and fully explained the work that needed to be done and what the cost would be. The repairs were done quick and I was notified the bike was ready. All the fellows were excellent to deal with.

I liked the time that Reign took to ask me questions about my biking needs and wants before determining which bike to show me. I went in with one bike in mind and left with another more suitable one. The store had a wide selection of bikes and accessories and I was able to go home with a bike that day. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend it.

I brought my bike in for service after calling and speaking to Brody on the phone who was super nice and very informative. I was greeted by Dave Moody I believe who was also very friendly and super informative. I felt so good about dropping my bike off. Well, Oliver did the work on my bike and was so kind as to answer some questions for me and explain everything. The guy who checked me out was also very pleasant. It was a great experience and was exactly what I expected when I came to pick up my bike. Great team and GREAT service. Thank you. I will highly recommend your shop!!

This was my first experience with WPC, and everything was perfect. The online purchase was flawless, the price was fair, the waiting time for pickup was reasonable and the item is beyond my expectations. The communication with the store (through email) worked well - the response time was very fast.

We were looking to buy a couple of e-bikes and were having trouble finding a shop that had stock until we visited your stoe. You guys had the 2 bikes we were looking for and the bike rack as well.
