I recently purchased a used Trek road bike and took advantage of the Black Friday service package. Not knowing the condition of the road bike prior to picking it up I thought it might require a service. I went to West Point Cycles in Langley to pick up the 50% off service voucher not realizing the voucher needed to be redeemed before the end of year. I thought I would use it for spring service but since I had the road bike I had the service department look at the bike. I was very impressed by the honesty of both the front desk associate and bike mechanic. The road bike was in great shape and they made only a few tweeks and adjustments and I was on my way no charge. Great service. I have other bikes that I will definitely bring in for service down the road and will definitely recommend to others if the opportunity arise.

I have visited a lot of bike shops in my life and have to say that your Main Street store is one of the best shops I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly friendly and respond quickly. The prices are more than fair and turn around is fast.
You had a product in stock that was very hard to find elsewhere. Open Sundays.
I am a cancer survivor who had a major surgery to the pelvis area. Riding a 2 wheel bike for the first time since cancer was a momentous moment. Randy at the Main store was amazing - kind, patient, knowledgeable and proactive with his advice. It was such a positive experience I found myself saying I cannot buy from anyone else. We ended up dealing with Dave and his staff at the West 10th store (as the bike I ended up buying was there). They were fantastic to deal with as well. What a great store. I am a huge fan.
