Friendly and helpful staff - always willing to assist. Jack in particular put in the extra effort to search for a long time in the storage area, just to find the exact tires I needed for my road bike.
Also the service staff at the back are always accommodating.
My only suggestion would be to implement a senior’s discount for your products. My wife and I are considering the purchase of two expensive ebikes and a hitch rack for them, but total cost with taxes is just a bit too much.
