Everybody is very polite and super helpful. I thought I needed new brakes but they found it was just some connections that needed to be tightened. They fixed it before I even finished dropping it off for a tuneup and didn't charge me anything (and showed me how to do it myself in the future).

I went there to purchase new road cycling shoes as I saw on their website they carried some wider fitting shoes. The service was excellent, and my new shoes are much more comfortable.

as he’s shared his significant expertise!! And then there’s Lauren coordinating parts and service with both ease and expertise, making it a positive experience. I have been at WPC for both booked appts and drop in service. Booked appts are thorough and great communication to keep me apprised of work that may be needed/recommended. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knows what they’re dong.
Drop-in service has been quick to repair a handlebar battery and change over pedals — excellent all around !
