Got to the store at 5:57 pm at closing was stuck in traffic from Surrey. Asked if they were still open, and I just wanted to buy a Mudrucker.. They replied yes go ahead and have a look I can help you out. Thank you to accommodating me that evening will make my wet weekend ride some much nicer.

not sure you want to share this so I will leave it unchecked
- this seatpost was on a bike already and would explain why it was not in it's factory elastic holders in the factory box as the other 3 I have ordered from Trek directly
- my last order and interaction with this company was fantastic however this seatpost is broken - the level barrel adjuster is cracked.
Alot of cash for a broken part and currently is not available from Trek - I'd be happy with a barrel replacement kit and all would be good.

Good service on bikes...like any store there is always the need to get bikes back to customers as quick as possible....you might like to have management brainstorm how to do that in 2024
that would be store differentiator for you.....lots of business taken by Velofix due to speed of turnaround...could you afford to start a mobile van service ????
It was easy. We didn't have to book an appointment. We just rode the bikes there. We got an immediate diagnosis of what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. We were given a date when it would be done and it was accurate.

The staff is all so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with their service for bikes that we bought from there. We were having issues with my daughters breaks after purchasing her bike 13 months prior. They (Gary?) replaced the bike brakes under warranty, cleaned up the bike and also added a Water bottle holder and bottle that my daughter was thrilled with! Thanks so much!
