While I would love more clothing options as a girl who likes to shop, I love the service and the courteous staff. Feel like a group who really like their jobs and work well together.

This store is professional and always has been. Knauz had a talked to the veteran bicyclist along with the novice. Very helpful and they never try to over sell you on what you may need or not need. Great establishment!!!

Having never owned a Trek bike before I'm really very pleased I chose to go with this leading brand, I've had two seasons on the Fuel ex5 2021 and it's just enhanced my love of riding. Also to back this up is a very professional team in the Naperville store who clearly enjoy there jobs. It's an easy 10 for both product and service provided and I'll have Trek from here on.
