I have purchased my 6th bike from this particular store. IF I include the number of people that I referred here it will probably be more that fifteen. I am still going to this store not because the Trek and Bontrager products are reasonable, opposite! They are pretty expensive compared to other brands in the market.
This store is reliable, trustworthy where I can always get honest opinion which means people working over there know what they are doing.
This past Friday evening in preparation to meet friends the following morning at a state park campground I was loading my Schwinn bicycle on to my bicycle carrying rack when I noticed the rear tire was flat and not holding air.
I contacted the Trek dealership and was told they could repair my tire and to bring it in immediately.
Upon arriving at the store everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Within 15 minutes my tire was fixed.

I wish the young man would have offered to show me how to put the bike carrier I bought on my car. He just handed me the instructions and said it was easy. It probably was for him but it wasn’t for me!
The winter biking bib and head warmers saved my potentially frozen body today. It didn’t hurt that they were on sale! Added bonus. The staff are excellent.
