Everyone is friendly and super helpful. I came in with a broken spoke yesterday expecting to drop off the wheel. I was pleasantly surprised to have the spoke repaired on the spot while I waited!

These guys are awesome! I had a car bike rack but I lost the keys to the hitch bolt so it was useless. They had a new hitch bolt and keys in stocks. Problem solved! Highly recommend!
The sales rep I had was really polite and cool with answering my questions. I felt comfortable in the store and welcomed. I have been going to the Downwers store since the 1990s. So, I know I have not been there in years since I purchased my 2003 LeMond RevMaster (Yellow box frame) indoor spinner. So, at the time I did not want to ride outdoors but now, I am getting the urge to get back on the dirt trails. So, being away from the sport for so long the MTBs have changed dramatically and so have the prices! Well, we all know who raised the prices on everything and increased the % rate on credit cards! So, the pros are really nice clean store with cool staff and the only con is they only sell TREK! So, in the 1990s Greg sold a lot of other brands but not anymore and that is a bummer!
Fast turnaround on the service for my bike
When I got home and was putting away one of my bikes I noticed the kickstand mounting bolts were both very loose one was out almost 3 cm.
I have always found that they normally have what I need or can get it quickly.

The bicycle does not fit into my car easily. I am very disappointed with this. I did not mind spending more money for a lighter, flexible bike. This bike after $2800 doesn't serve my needs completely.
