I always feel like I am getting the best service possible when I visit Trek of Naperville. The staff is always willing to provide an honest opinion whether I am having my bike serviced or buying accessories. I truly believe they have my best interest in mind and understand the type of riding I do. I feel confident that they are going to keep my bike in top working condition so I can enjoy many miles of riding.
You are much more expensive than I expected but there aren’t many options in Naperville.

I had a hard timing finding a bike and fit that were right for me; but the staff worked with me more than I think is normal, to get me set up. I am now very happy riding my Trek bike.

The store manager, Sean Dawoodi, was very helpful on fitting up my bike and was prompt in reordering my shoes. I appreciated this type of help.
Everything I needed was in stock and the recommendations for the GM was outstanding. The customer service in general was exceptional.
You did nothing wrong besides ask a terrible question. I have no family members in this country so I would not waste the time recommending the store to them. It would serve no purpose. Additionally asking about friends is wasteful if my friends don't ride. I'm not going to evangelize people on your behalf, you have marketing departments for that.
Ask how satisfied I am with you service and I'd say 9/10.

Great customer service and knowledgeable employees. I wish I had the name of my service representative because I trusted his evaluation of my bike and what service package would be best for my bike. He has helped me in the past and has always been great to deal with. I had several flat tires last summer and when I brought my bike in he (and others) always fixed it while I waited which I really appreciated. (I eventually replaced both tires.) Just a top notch staff.
