It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The sales woman there was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very helpful! I also felt I got a great deal being that I bought it during their sale. My bike is beautiful and incredible to ride. Now all I need is warmer weather to enjoy it more!

TREK Bikes are the best and can be purchased at any TREK Store, but what sets the Downers Grove Store over all the others is the Service Department. The associates there are friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at there jobs!!!
