The service department is great! They do wonderful maintenance on my bicycle to keep it riding nicely. Recently after some frame repairs at a welding shop my rear shifter and brake cables were damaged during the repair. I then took my bicycle to Trek to fix those issues and after replacing the damaged cables, adjustments and a few other minor touches I am off and rolling again! Thanks much to Trek!
Product availability
Quick, courteous, and helpful is in short supply these days, but I had all three at Trek of Naperville. Specialty bike stores can be intimidating if you don't speak the "language". I don't and they could care less. Just very nice people that want to get you on the right bike or get your bike back under you quickly. Highly recommend this as a place for service and your next bike purchase. Well done guys, well done.
Received superior service, products and advice. I was a walk-in customer. The service tech dropped everything he was doing to fix my bike and help me choose a similar chain lube product that I was looking for. He also acted as cashier and emailed my receipt as requested. I was surprised at this exceptional level of customer service for a walk-in customer. I was able to leave the store with my bike ready for riding in less than 20 minutes total.

Outstanding !
The staff was very helpful identifying the broken part, ordering it, and replacing it within days when I brought the bike in for them to work on it. They also gave me advice on how to ride the bike home after the part, the gear shifter, left me stuck in high gear. The cost of the parts and service was reasonable.

Workers were pleasant, polite and finished the maintenance of my bike quicker than expected. I'll be back soon to purchase one of those cute pink two wheelers with training wheels for one of my granddaughters.
