Friendly and helpful staff
You have a good and comprehensive inventory, and staff is very professional and kind.
Very friendly service
Trek in Naperville is awesome! They are polite, competent, and get the job done. Jim was super-helpful giving me some great guidance on the questions I had. Moreover, my bike had some issues with gears that were hesitating before they moved to the next gear. Jim fixed all of that. There is nothing better than when you can trust your bike repairs to the right people to get it done right.
Best bike shop around. Knowledgeable mechanics and friendly staff
Knowledgeable people
Last December i bought a domane sl5 gen 4. On the trainer it developed a ton of creaking noises from the iso speed. I had some seat post slipping but not what i've heard about on the internet. In July the iso speed bolt snapped. I brought the bike in, scheduled and paid for a fit and also asked to get the updated seat post wedge. I picked up my bike and it had the original wedge in it. I asked again for the updated wedge. After this service the seat post slipped a lot. I called, emailed, and stopped in to ask for the updated wedge. I also called, emailed, and stopped in to get my fit report since i did not know the correct seat height as a result of the fit i paid for. Finally I came in and made a case to arrange the replacement wedge and a replacement post. During this entire time the post constantly slipped and my complaints were unanswered. Every ride I would have to stop multiple times and move the post up. This is not hyperbole, this was the experience of riding a bike with a torque wrench in my jersey pocket to deal with the faulty parts.
The new wedge came in early September. It did hold the post for a bit but again he bike creaked loudly. On thanksgiving morning the iso speed bolt broke again. At this time I brought it in and asked to get on a bike without the iso speed in it, Trek warranty replaced it with an alloy domane frame and it's been operating fine since. Trek as a manufacturer should really take note that I paid $3500 for a carbon bike and wanted to get a replacement bike that costs $2000 rather than deal with these issues. Not exactly a value, but at least i'm done with the worst bike i've ever owned.
While a lot of this can be attributed to the frame, the shop DRAGGED feet on helping get the replacement wedge and getting me the fit report i paid for so I could at least better address it. They seem very aware of the design and reliability issues but there was never a sense of ownership on the basic experiance of the bike they sold me.
I just bought a new bike. The service was excellent! The product is great.
Great service and knowledgeable personnel!
I was sold the most expensive water bottle. The bottle doesn't really hold the water temperature. It taste weird too. I wish I could return it and get money money back. Also the quality of bikes are not matching the price. I took my bike for a disc brake job because it made a screeching sound they could not fix it. To be fair noone could. I will most likely be buying Specialized and Canyon front now on. One time I took my gravel bike and Enduro bike for full maintenance. They complimented my Enduro bike. I asked if he wanted to ride it. He peddles and then does a bunny hop. Poor employee behavior, poor products except for the Super Caliber. One day I hope to own one and enjoy my favorite hobby on it. Thanks for reading hope the industry stays strong none the less.

I was told I had to give my info in order to by a gift card. The reason was " in case you lose the gift card." I do not need more emails or info from your business nor do I shop at your business. My friend rides bikes and I just wanted to buy him a gift card.
I took my bike in for a tuneup and the staff was very kind and friendly. I also purchased a few items and they were happy to install them on my bike. The service was outstanding and quick. I would highly recommend the Downers Grove location to anyone who needs a bike.
