The staff at Naperville Trek were most helpful in my deciding which bike carrier to choose for my Townies and also helped me install it and mount the bikes unto it safely and secure.

My wife's 6 year old Trek touring bike needed an emergency repair after she took a spill on a tough and hilly trail. Our capable repair technician fixed it up in about 10 minutes -- a small part was needed but no charge for the labor. very satisfied.
Fast service, friendly people, store is tidy and well-organized. Come out here from downtown Chicago even though there's a store much closer in Wicker Park because this one is so good.

I've always been satisfied with the service (and still mostly am), but had to return a bike for service after already having it there to fix the issue that was wrong (bad shifting). Having to bring it back was an inconvenience but happy the issue was solved in the end. Very happy the issue was rectified quickly.

The service department is great! They do wonderful maintenance on my bicycle to keep it riding nicely. Recently after some frame repairs at a welding shop my rear shifter and brake cables were damaged during the repair. I then took my bicycle to Trek to fix those issues and after replacing the damaged cables, adjustments and a few other minor touches I am off and rolling again! Thanks much to Trek!
Product availability
Quick, courteous, and helpful is in short supply these days, but I had all three at Trek of Naperville. Specialty bike stores can be intimidating if you don't speak the "language". I don't and they could care less. Just very nice people that want to get you on the right bike or get your bike back under you quickly. Highly recommend this as a place for service and your next bike purchase. Well done guys, well done.
I like Trek bikes because their 52 frame fits me very well. And I really like the service I received at Trek Naperville. I asked them for suggestions on where to ride in Naperville, and their suggestions were great, so we had a nice ride after we got the bike. They also had all parts and accessories I requested as well, so it was a very smooth and seamless experience.
