Trek of Downers Grove has an incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff. Their Service Department is second to none, and always provides fast and reliable maintenance and repairs. I would never take my bikes any place else.

Great value and excellent customer service. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. In addition, they took their time and explained everything very patiently which you don't find too often these days.
I made my purchase online from Winnetka Il (60093) but wanted my nephew to pick it up.
You required him to show a photo of my credit card even though the bike was paid for,
I told you who would be showing up to pick it up and he is in your data base of customers.

Great customer service and very knowledgable staff
I went into the store having no clue what I was looking for that my grandson wanted for Christmas. The two young men brought up what he was looking for, told me the options and that would need to be ordered.
I was able to pick up my order in less than a week. Did not even have to identify myself when I went back in.
