Always a professional and upbeat visit when you go to the store… Both in sales and service they really know their stuff…. they are always willing to help and they are real pros at what they do… I know the owner and he’s a great guy and all of his employees as well… TREK is a great American brand and I love to support the store and the brand

The work was done in three days rather than the two weeks we expected.
Josh, the person who checked us in and helped us take off the front wheels of our bikes and get them into the back of the car, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He is the kind of employee great companies wish for.

Sean the Naperville manager is outstanding! His employees are first class and always go the extra mile. My wife and I purchased our first Trek bikes within the last 2 to 3 years. Now we are going to purchase our first Trek bike rack so we can go to other trails.
We also just ordered our first Trek E-Bike so we can enjoy it in the neighborhoods. We were on vacation recently and tried the E-Bikes. They have us hooked. We look forward to having additional fun!

Staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful.
In my particular case, I just took a TREK hybrid in for annual inspection. Picked it up and brought the bike home. Upon reinstallation of the front wheel, couldn't get the front brake cable to mate.
They said, "Bring it in and we'll help you out." So I did, and 2 minutes later, problem was solved.
No idea what I was doing wrong. I purchased my bike there in 2009, and have had nothing but positive experience. Highly recommended!
Repair staff is very friendly and willing to help make minor tweaks to equipment without trying to charge for it. Will continue to shop at Trek DG in the future and refer to family and friends!
