4. Dropped off my bike … It needed an inner tube replaced on the rear wheel … Got a rear wheel bike rack installed … along with a phone holder … Went for lunch … They sent me a text saying my bike was ready for pick up. Took 1.5 hours … Life is Good 😊

The work was done in three days rather than the two weeks we expected.
Josh, the person who checked us in and helped us take off the front wheels of our bikes and get them into the back of the car, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He is the kind of employee great companies wish for.

Sean the Naperville manager is outstanding! His employees are first class and always go the extra mile. My wife and I purchased our first Trek bikes within the last 2 to 3 years. Now we are going to purchase our first Trek bike rack so we can go to other trails.
We also just ordered our first Trek E-Bike so we can enjoy it in the neighborhoods. We were on vacation recently and tried the E-Bikes. They have us hooked. We look forward to having additional fun!
