I am a big Trek fan! I have my Checkpoint SL5 that have been through a lot a mileage. I’ve always taken my bike at Naperville store for services and any parts needed or installation whenever I needed it. They are always nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
Great service
The bike mechanics are rock solid here and the best. They were able to save me an expensive repair on the back suspension of my cherished Palos-scarred MTB and earned a customer for life.
Mind you, this is not the first time these folk have helped me on this particular bike. So top-level service here is something you can always count on.
There'll come a day when I will realy need a new bike and at that point, I'll be inclined to drop some coin. That coin will drop at Trek because of services like what I am referring to above.
I delt with the owner, in Downers Grove and he was very patient and friendly.
He allowed me to test ride the bikes I was interested in and gave me a helmet.
Good products for a fair price.
In the end I ended up buying a Verve 3
I am a casual rider and the Verve 3 seemed to fit my needs and the shifting set up was very smooth.

Great bicycle repair, service and parts location. Best in the area. The service department is great and the guys bend over backwards to take care of you and meet your needs!
I did a fitting and then purchased a new bike with Sean. I thought the fitting was very interesting and Sean did a great job of explaining what the purpose of each portion of the process was and was friendly throughout.
When purchasing the new bike, he explained the various features and upgrades related to any change in price, but didn't push any price point at all, leaving that decision to me.

We have always had TREK bicycles in our family. So when I had to ship my daughter’s bike which needed a tune up, I went to TREK BICYCLES in Naperville. They did such a nice job and when my daughter couldn’t quite put the shipped bike together because of a possible missing part, she contacted TREK of Naperville who put her in touch with TREK of Orlando. TREK service knows what they’re doing!

I brought my wife’s 35-yr old mountain bike in for a tuneup with tire changes, break and gear cable adjustments, and whatever else the Service Attendant would recommend. He was courteous and professional and seemed to be very interested in working on the bike. He showed me the new tires he liked and after looking over the bike and components, he gave me an estimate (which was very modest), and told me the bike would be ready in a week to 10 days. Picked it up per schedule; no change to estimate; bike looks wonderful and drives great. Dropped off my bike for a tuneup too!

I went for a bike fit before purchasing a new bike. The process and attention from Sean was more than I expected.
There was never a rush to complete and he made sure everything right down to the appropriate seat was identified so we could then discuss the right bike based on my body composition and riding style.
