The store is clean, well organized and has a nice selection.
The Trek team is knowledgeable and listens to what I am looking for and then explains the options for me to make the best decision.
From a service perspective, they give a turn around estimate and usually meet or beat that time. I trust their work and have never had a follow-up issue.
Finally, the team is service oriented and gives explanations without getting too "technical" unless you want to hear all the details (like my friend Ray).

If your techs state “a couple of days” then inform the customer of it goes beyond six business days. But overall I’m very satisfied with the work they did with my Specialized Cross Trail bike.

The Service Department was very helpful through the process of getting my son's bike fixed and serviced. Originally they thought it would take a week to finish, but were able to get back to us much earlier.

I feel that my bike is serviced thoroughly and professionally. The staff are attentive and nice. This particular visit resulted in a quicker than expected bike return. I was told that it would take about a week. Imagine my surprise when I received a text the very next day that my bike was ready for pick up. Nice job.
