These guys are the BEST!!!! They know the products, can service ANY of ur bikes/needs and most importantly they RIDE. They are all passionate about the cycling community and recognize the importance of “building a community” centered around their locations……they routinely host great product events/rides and will go the extra mile to satisfy customers. The team (Alex and someone else) was very knowledgeable and patient as we looked at several bikes.
I’m not a Trek brand guy as of current, but the service mgr is great. Asks the right questions, has done great work and will take a few minutes to answer any questions. I’ll continue going there with his continued service. Maybe even buy a Trek (gravel, prefer other MTB).

If you like Trek and Bontrager related products it’s a good store. I only requested work once and they did not attempt it. I have never heard anything negative of their mechanics or work done other than the labor rate is more than other shops in the area.
