The Trek bikes are awesome but the staff and management at Trek Naperville is really what makes a difference. They take the time to understand what I am looking for and make excellent recommendations. Also, their service department turnaround time is exceptional. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Jim the mechanic is great. He modified my bike in a matter of days. Also the shop doesn't kill you in price or unnecessary addons. I have very high-end bikes which usually means high-end repairs.
I had a warranty issue with my Electra Townie bike. I'd anticipated that I would incur some type of charge for this warranty work, but I was charged a $50 service charge AND an additional $20 warranty submittal charge. This is nonsense!
All this, plus I was told that the part would be received in a couple days. It wasn't! Then, I was told that once the part was received, (when I brought my bike back in for the repair), it would be installed the next day. It wasn't! Yet, I received an email when is was completed directing me to pick up the bike right away or incur a bike storage charge.
Unfortunately, I don't think if I'll do any more business at that establishment.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Was able to quickly turn around the two bike purchases for early pick up. Clean and inviting Shop. In general, I prefer independent bike shops rather than a corporate entity, but the store had the bikes we wanted and in stock. Also, Trek had the best bike for my kids vs. competitors.
Visited the store twice while shopping for a new upgraded bike. I’m not a hardcore cyclist but I ride almost everyday for fitness / recreation. On both visits staff spent a lot of time with me explaining features, making good recommendations and guiding my buying experience. No pressure, no condescension. Didn’t try to upsell. Matched my riding profile and budget with the right bike which was an FX3. Very good experience.
I had a very positive experience with Trek. I was satisfied with the phone call I made to inquire about the repairs I needed and was pleased with quality of the workers who explained everything to me when I brought the bike in. The repairs went well, and my bike was ready in a couple of day. The price was reasonable. This was my first experience there but would recommend them to others.
