Happy with the service that I get at Trek.
Great product and great service.
All the products from water bottles to helmets to toe clips have been top notch! I worked with Alex and he was wonderful! Very patient with my dumb questions. He suggested some great items to improve my ride!

They are all awesome. Excellent customer service. Friendly, approachable, reasonable. The main manager specially (sorry, I forgot his name, Greg maybe... it's the bald headed gentleman,) is particularly knowledgeable and amazing They get repair work done literally within the hour. You can tell they all enjoy what they do and are passionate about Trek bikes. . My whole family have Trek bikes and we love them.

Everyone from the sales staff, the service people to the owner are all friendly and knowledgeable. Trek the brand produce very capable bikes which are backed up by a solid warranty. Last but not least, I always feel comfortable walking into the store!

Great help picking out our lock
Needed my bike tuned for an upcoming trip. I was able to bring it in and pick it up sooner than I expected. Cables were replaced, it was cleaned up and ready to use.
I also appreciate the fact I didn’t get any grief about having such an old model Trek. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Service department is the best
Everyone was friendly and service-focused. I brought in a bike I bought from FB Marketplace, and after talking to the staff, their expertise was obvious. I would have purchased whatever they recommended, but they didn't try to sell me things I couldn't use or didn't need (like new tires - even those the tires on the bike were flat when I brought it in. They just inflated the old tires, checked for dry rot, and told me I could wait on that.) The prices were extremely reasonable, and I felt confident when I picked up my bike that it was back in top form. I will definitely bring my bike back here for years to come!
