Greg and staff are very helpful and informed.
I purchased my bike and bike rack from Greg. Staff are also great on repairs of flat tires, bike tune ups and bike rack repairs.

I’m not a Trek brand guy as of current, but the service mgr is great. Asks the right questions, has done great work and will take a few minutes to answer any questions. I’ll continue going there with his continued service. Maybe even buy a Trek (gravel, prefer other MTB).

If you like Trek and Bontrager related products it’s a good store. I only requested work once and they did not attempt it. I have never heard anything negative of their mechanics or work done other than the labor rate is more than other shops in the area.

I worked with Malcolm, he was very knowledgeable and was giving great advice on self-servicing the bike after rides and a couple of different aspects of trail riding with mtb riding. He recommended some different accessories in store and some of the reasons why which made a lot sense to me and encouraged me to pick the accessories out the next time I come in. He was very friendly and patient with me and some of the questions that I had around service plans and other aspects that I wasn't really familiar with. The rest of the staff seemed to have the same type of attitude with helping other folks in the store while we were going over details. I would recommend if you are looking for any type of bike, that the Downers Grove location is the place to go!
