Bought a new Trek 2 Disc. Ordered online late Friday afternoon and they had it ready for me Saturday afternoon. Staff was great helping with fit and adding a few additional features. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

A tire on web site was not in store as advertised . Cost me $5 more to get different tire and not the tire I wanted. Need correct inventory or at least give me same price on compare able tire.

Honestly the service was good. From a pure price point on items I’d never step in the place for a good buy on anything fitness related. Salesmen were awesome at least getting my tires inflated and helping me understand how to use the pump I bought. Win. 👌
Joseph is amazing! The shop was swamped, yet he took extraordinary time assisting me and explaining bike mechanics which subsequently led to me, making a good decision for new purchases on my bike. Most importantly, he assisted me not having any idea I was going to purchase anything. He treated me the same whether I was there for a tuneup or just to ask questions. He also took the effort due to a busy schedule of mine to get my bike to me in time for an important race. he’s very knowledgeable and is passionate about his job, and it is evident in how he treats his customers.

I sent a text message to the sales representative and still have not heard back from him. He made it a point to give me his cell phone nU number and then doesn’t respond.
The staff was knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. I had never ridden an electric bike and they let me try it out before I bought it. They carry quality brands and were right in line with the prices of other outlets that carried the same brands. The bike had a two year warranty and they gave me lifetime free adjustment and inspections.
John was awesome to deal with. After initially meeting and talking with him on my first casual visit, I knew I would buy my next bike there. All the salesmen were very helpful but never pushy, and I had time to browse with no pressure. It was a great experience and I will be back.
