I was greeted when I entered the store and asked if they could help me find something, I was looking for a handlebar riser to raise the height of my handlebars. They had several options to choose from and I was able to find one that fit my needs and was easy to install myself. I have shopped in the store in Evansville several times they have always been friendly and had what I needed.

I took my bike in for a check up. Brought it home & the chain was rubbing against something making a noise & not suitable for riding. When I brought it back in & told one gentleman (not John) about the issue, he didn’t seem to care, no apology for my trouble. He tried to excuse the noise. Then took a look at it & realized there was a problem.

The guys that came to the house were top shelf! They were so knowledgeable and careful not to scratch walls etc. One of the men was the serviceman so I knew he could take the machine apart and put it back together properly. They represent your company well.
