Taking my bikes to Phat Tire in Bentonville is always a pleasure. They tend to do the work right in front of me, but sometimes I leave the bikes because they are backed up with other customers and I don't mind waiting.
I've always had world class bike shop service at the Bentonville Phat Tire and will continue to go there and give them my money in exchange for services. Seth and all the mechanics are a pleasure to deal with.
PS. Most of the bikes I bring in for service are not Trek or from Phat Tire. They don't treat me any different than a customer that bought a bike from them.

Great shop with super helpful staff. We love this place. We park our car there for weekend rides and pick up any accessories or kit we need for a smooth ride.
The technicians were engaging and expressed appreciation for my patronage. The store is well kept. Haven’t ridden the bike since my tune up but anticipate everything will be in order, and if it isn’t, I anticipate they’ll happily and quickly address any concerns.

Love how quickly you got my tires topped off with fresh Stans this week. Although it does seem like the younger new hires aren’t as knowledgable when it comes to component upgrades and swaps. We miss Seth up here in Bella Vista. As an OG Slaughter Pen rider and member of FAST before ST stood for single track, I appreciate seeing a familiar face once in a while. Will always recommend you guys over the likes of YT and the Specialized spot.

Excellent customer service.
I brought my Trek Slash down after replacing the cassette, derailleur, and chain. The bike mech immediately put my bike on the stand, fine tuned my shifting and found a few minor issues (and corrected them). And gave some suggestions about various products. I do wish they pedals with a more narrow profile. Helps reduce pedal strikes.
