I have stopped into their shops many times on my trips to Bentonville - they have always been very helpful. Bought a mirror for my bike - they installed it for me right away, no charge. It required some cutting to get it where it needed to be.
Kevin did a great job analyzing, working with manufacturer (warranty issue), and repairing our new bike. He also stayed in touch and let us know how the repair was progressing. We’re very pleased with the outcome.

Phat Tire repaired my bike quickly and economically. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions.
Had an issue with repeated flats after purchasing a new tire several months ago. The technician and sale person both thoroughly check out the tire to eliminate that as an issue. There was a burr on the rim tape and they replaced that and felt confident that I shouldn’t have future problems with that tire. Hope that’s true but they spent the time to check it all out and not just brush me off. I appreciated that.
