Service is direct to the customer from polite people. The store is full of the most amazing inventory and the technicians are currently aware of what needs to be done. The bicycle I took in for service and repair is “one of the old ones” and they treated it with respect and did what needed to be done. I can recommend this bicycle shop to everyone.

I appreciate how your store has a variety of both new and used products, and your staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do not talk down to customers or make them feel “less than” if they have less expertise in cycling. They have a great amount of experience and are always so helpful!
