I am in Oklahoma City on vacation and brought my bike to Phat Tire because it’s close to Lake Hefner trails. I really needed two tires before my ride. The shop was busy but worked me in, installed two tires, tubes and did so while I waited. I was impressed with their customer service.
I am a pastor retiring in May and moving back home to OKC from Georgia and am thankful to find a friendly and helpful bike shop.

Despite the fact that they were shorthanded when I first walked in, I was ackowledged and given the attention I needed when available. When I came to drop off the "trike" they were prepared to do the work and described what it would cost, and both Matt and and Jono discussed the issues and limitations related to my partner's and my desire to accommodate the trike so both of us could use it. It was worked on the same day, and when we went to pick it up, they had emailed me to be prepared to have me try it out, which they did, to be sure I could handle the gearing, that the length of the boom was appropriate, what I would notice if it were still too long, and what options we might have if so. The price was even less than I expected, and I was extremely pleased with their attentiveness to detail. I assured them I would continue to do business with them and recommend them to others.

I have been working with this business for about 6 or 7 years. I have purchased 2 bikes from them, and they have serviced those 2 bikes and several others. The staff is always kind and informative. It has always been a very positive experience.
The guys here are so helpful and do not get grumpy or grumbly when I ask basic, beginner questions! Every employee has taken extra time to be informative and helpful in so many situations as a new bikey gal. My first bikes are second hand but definitely buying my first nice road bike here someday!

I came in for a flat tire and I was treated with quickness and great customer service. They had my tire fixed in 20 minutes and that’s with dropping the motor on my electric bike!

I’ve never experienced this type of customer service or even this quality of craftsmanship when it comes to bikes. Everything about my visit was excellent with superior customer service and guidance. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and showed a ton of enthusiasm and respect! I’ll be returning here for my outdoor bike needs
Dustin was very helpful finding the right bike for my son and working with other stores to find available options. Spent time with him showing him some tips on how to handle a bigger bike.
