I appreciate Phat Tire's friendly and knowledgeable experts, Jackson and Andrew and the rest of the team. They really understand that I want my bike back ASAP since I use it to commute to and from work, and they take care of me and get me back on the trail quickly and safely. I recently bought new tires for my bike and Jackson made a great recommendation based on my need for grippy tires and weight capacity (I carry multiple heavy panniers on the front and rear racks of my bike).
Recently, my kids were out riding without me and had a tire blowout. My kids immediately headed to Phat Tire (with no money on them) and I was able to pay for their repair via an email link while they waited. Jackson knew they were my kids and took care of them for me. What a great feeling of community my kids experienced through that encounter!
The facility itself has a comfortable space to sit while waiting and it is easy to walk my bike right into the door and up to the counter. I especially appreciate the convenient location directly off the Razorback Greenway, just past the Mile 16 plaza.

Great people and great quick service. They even washed my bike after servicing it. This is the only place to buy a bike.
With small problems, they have always worked me in with a quick fix. Many times at turkey my bike had an issue. Take it in, they fix it, and I’m back on the trails.

Im very new to the biking world but wanted to start it off right! The woman who helped me was incredibly nice and patient with all my questions and made me feel taken care of. I went to another place, and even after explaining my very new to biking, their associate spoke to me as if I had been biking 100 years, jargon I could never had understood. So thank you phat tire!
