Bike rental was easy. Staff was friendly and informative.
Alex was my mechanic who diagnosed the problems I had with my bike and explained what was happening and what the fix was with new parts. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. My almost 7 year old bike rides like new! They have earned my business and I will recommend anyone who needs service to ask for Alex, He will take good care of you and your bike!

Phat Tire Bikes is our “go to” shop for biking needs during our trips to Bentonville.
I walked in right when the store opened, thinking I had a small issue with a quick fix, that turned out to be a bigger issue than I thought. I knew they had some other customers scheduled for repairs that day so I felt bad having to leave my bike, because if I had known it was a bigger problem I would have scheduled a time to come in. But the team at Phat Tire was happy to help right away and they had my bike back to me that same day. I have only ever used this store for my bike needs in Fayetteville and I see no reason to go anywhere else.
I couldn’t believe that in a bike town as busy as ours that I was able to get in with a flat straight off the street and have it repaired in ten minutes. Amazing customer service. Super friendly. Impressive work!!
