Talking with the employees - they bike, they listen and are always able to elevate my riding experience in a timely manner. If they can’t order something I want, they send a link that matches my request. The buy one tire, get one free special in January was awesome! Love the Springdale location, right off the Greenway on Mile 16 - cyclists are never far from friendly bike assistance.

Great all around bike shop. Good selection, techs that actually know what they are doing, community rides and smart investments (Bella Vista) so I know they will stick it out and support what they sell and who they sell to. I used to be a Specialized fanboy until they started screwing their dealers during covid and it really hurt some of my favorite shops.... I've worked closely with Trek over the last few years with NICA and several trail development projects and know they not only make a great product but are a smart company.
Don't get me wrong, I ride boutique bikes too, but some shops can feel intimidating and pretentious to new riders and I can't refer them unless someone needs a specific item/service they offer. You guys are well rounded and on the top of my list of bike shops around the US I've used.
I know that was more of a rant but felt someone may want to hear it. Keep it up!
I've always relied on Phat Tire for all service and parts for my bike. Everyone is very helpful and professional. I always feel comfortable in the shop (and I never feel dumb when I ask questions because I don't know what I'm doing 😁). I've taken in my bike recently to get fixed and I am so happy with the results. My bike is beautiful.

I'm a girl and I'm already intimidated before I come into the store. However, staff have always made me feel welcome. As a Diva, I felt that I had to check out other bike shops who sponsor our team. I found Phat Tire bikes on the internet while looking for a rental while I visited OKC. I have nothing but the best to say about Keving and Perry. These guys are friendly, helpful and accomodating like finding a Garmin mount for my rental because I forgot mine. The bike I rented was a Trek hybrid. Definitely not a bike I would buy but it did the job required as a three day rental. Phat Tire Bikes on May Street is my go-to shop now in OKC. I even bought shirts to take home to friends. Five Stars.

This is the only bike shop that had the bike I have been looking for for months! The customer service was top notch! I needed the seat stem lowered and they got it all done, pedals and other accessories added very quickly. We came from 4 hours away and they made the whole buying experience pleasant. I love my new Salsa Confluence.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always wanting to help you get the what you need by explaining benefits vs cost. If your bike is broke they will get you back on the road if possible.
