Came in Friday night and the whole staff was super helpful (and fast) to install a phone mount, tune-up a kids bike, appraise and sell us another kids bike, and swap my wifes tubes...all around closing time.

I recently purchased a Trek bike, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took great care of me throughout the process. I also really appreciated the military discount and their support for veterans. It’s always great to see a local business that values its customers and those who have served. This business is flexible. Weather ( a limitation on time- we were out of state visitors) interfered with our ability to ride. The staff were very understanding.( Amy, Jackson,etc).

They advised us on how to get the most out of our e-bike and we rode for 4 solid hours and still had 70% charge left when bikes were turned in. They were helpful and enthusiastic--as usual. Great bike shop/store.

My husband and I bought E Bikes. We had great customer service at the Fayetteville and Rogers store. All questions answered! We picked up our bikes / they were ready to go for our first ride.
