The techs always save us when we visit Bentonville. They are so efficient, knowledgeable, and unlike some shops never condescending. I can't thank them enough for always helping us make the most of our trips from St. Louis. My son has a crazy electric giant bike with a bafang motor attached from the previous owner for the past five years. Most times he has taken it to shops they won't even change a flat tire on it. These guys at Phat Tire are always willing to do what they can to keep it going and appreciate it for the monstrosity that it is, lol. When it comes time to buy the next bike we will try to purchase from this shop to support the great service the supply!!

Took my old Huffy bicycle in to have new tires, tubes, and handgrips put on, plus an overall inspection on the bike. I received a text message saying it was done in just a few hours, since my bile is my only means of transportation. When they brought it to me from the back, I couldn't believe how incredible the bike looked. After I got it home, I rode it to a few places. It was smooth, no more rattling of parts, and just a joy to ride, while looking good in the process. Kevin, and the rest of the guys at the shop did an amazing job. I will highly recommend Phat Tire OKC to all biking enthusiasts. 100% happy. Thanks to ya'll!
