Great people and service
I'm an over the road truck driver doing "off Broadway" shows and Musical entertainment. So, when I get home I have very little time to get my bike serviced. I use my bike when I am at venues and need to go to the store or out to eat, do laundry or a movie. Very useful to cut the time it takes to get to the venue for other facilities when needed and I am parked a distance away.
Dane, at the Phat Tire Bike Shop in Norman, OK has been great in working with me to get my bike serviced when I am home. He and his staff are great to work with! They know what needs to be done and they get it done!

Alex did a great job diagnosing what my bike needed and Colin did a fabulous job getting it road ready for me. Today was my first time back in the bike in a year! And guess what, it IS like riding a bike. Grateful that Phat Tire finished my bike quickly and safely.

The sales dude at the shop initially was very clear about what had to be done and gave me a range of cost for the repair. He also compared that to the price of a new wheel, so it made the repair more economical.
I like the notification system to let me know the repair was done along with the invoice. When I picked it up, the dude then was super cool as well.
I'd been hesitating about going to Phat Tire because I loved Angry Dave's. But I'll definitely be going there for all my bike repairs and purchases now. Couldn't be happier.

I love the staff! I am a road biker, not a mountain biker. So I do miss the apparel they used to carry, but the staff is what makes this the shop for me. They are always so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that they are open to last minute fixes and their extensive knowledge. We get our bikes serviced every year here and when I need to travel they have a great airline approved packing service, as well.
Finished repairs before they had promised. Everything looks to be in order and they took time to fine tune before I left.
Mike, the manager is awesome always there available to help you. Limb is also great. Everybody in the store is very helpful and helping you find the things that you need. I love PHAT tire.

Great experience AGAIN! All of the guys were great to work with. I have bought several bikes from them and done business here for years and they always take time to explain everything to me and give me options. They did an amazing job working on my 2018 Trek bike and fixing everything and also detailing the bike to make it look brand new. These guys are the best and I give them 5 stars for sure!
