Got lucky and found one that trek had upgraded from the factory with fox 36 x grip fork for the same price as the Rock shock that trek uses for the Rosco 7. I highly recommend Phat tire for shopping and repairs. It's my first stop for bicycle anything.

Just planned on dropping our tandem off for some drivetrain work. Corey and Thomas dropped what they were doing to attack the problem with expertise far above mine, and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes.
I really like the service and flexibility that are provided because it is not unusual to go to the store with something in mind and later add more things that you decide should be done as well. The service is prompt, the price is fair, the knowledge of the staff is good.

I've been to the store a few times with questions and have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Talked with Mr. Brown during my most recent visit. He was clearly interested in helping rather than just making a sale. We had a long conversation about saddle comfort, and the saddle I purchased was noticeably better on my first ride. Mr. Brown made a point to remind me that it was okay to try the saddle and still return it if it didn't work for me.

Great staff! They are very friendly and helpful. They helped me get my bike out of my vehicle and back k in it when they were finished. They helped me figure out what I needed to get my bike back on the road, and the cost was very reasonable.
