Service area was about as perfect as could be for a walk in customer needing a rear wheel tire replacement. Went from having a bad day to being able to get back out and play on the trails. The text message communication system notified me when my wheel was ready. 5 stars all around

Phat Tire of Edmond is a 10 out 0f 10!
I am a first time road bike rider with little knowledge. Dustin, Perry, and the Phat Tire crew extremely helpful when answering my questions, and giving suggestions and recommendations. I ended up ordering through the Trek website and having the bike delivered to the Phat Tire location for assembly. 4 day turnaround. Rides like a dream. This will be my go to bike shop.

We're on a quest to bike in all 50 states. I had lost the front brakes on my Trek Marlin 5, yet again. We found Phat Tire Bella Vista online, AND people along the trail (their local customers) told us how good the folks there were. I called from the trail and made an appointment for later that day. The repair was quick, plus the mechanic noticed a nail in my tire that hadn't yet caused a flat. He put in a new tube for me, and we were on the way.

Bentonville is loaded with bike shops. Phat Tire stands out in that crowd because of the way they interact with their customers. From tech’s to sales guys it’s about the customer feeling welcome, appreciated and important. Pretty basic stuff, often overlooked in today’s retail environment, but not at Phat Tire. I met the Manager, Cory Enloe. I’m guessing he sets the pace for his staff. I’m sure he’s busy but you would never know it from the attention I received.
Great inventory of top bikes and accessories right on the Square in Bentonville.
We stopped by after eating dinner with our kids and the guy at the front desk was super helpful and took us out back to help us teach our kids how to ride a bike without training wheels. All we bought was a helmet but my wife and I appreciated the help and the pointers on how to get them on 2 wheels. Great guy, 10/10 customer service.

I've never had a bad visit to the Edmond Phat Tire Shop, even when I drop $500. The crew there is solid, Steve, Shane and Josh know how to not only get things working, but they are a solid source of critical information for cyclist of all abilities. Proud to say that this is "My Bike Shop".
