The staff is super helpful and kind - they explained everything we needed, would be good to have, and what was not needed at this time to get our bikes back into working order. You feel like you can trust them when you say you want something done, they take a look and say no its not necessary to do because the part is working fine.
Alex and Morgan made our bike rental experience easy. Morgan outfitted the bike with a bag and we spent the rest of the day hitting up all our old haunts. Really special day for my wife and I. Thanks for making it great!

We rented a bike for my wife and the team set her up with great care. They gave us great recommendations on the bike and where to take my family. Less than 10 minutes into the ride, my wife took a spill (not a bike issue) and broke her arm. The team was very accommodating to our issue. Very much appreciated!
