I came in to replace a rear tire and was helped by staff to picked out a replacement. He went out of his way to find the correct tire, then removed the old tire and replace it with the new one very quickly. He asked where I wanted the valve stem to be located and my desired air pressure along with a beer while I waited.

The folks at Phat Tire Rogers are always ready to help and they do great work. They take good care of you bike and want you to ride away happy every time. We have used this shop since they were in the little building by the Railyard and have always had great service.

The staff at Phat Tire Bella Vista is very helpful. They were able to do a quick cassette replacement for me on the spot in about 10 minutes to get me back on the trails. I also rented a ebike for my son and it was great.
We walked in with no notice and received great service. Two new tires at a very reasonable price, some expert instruction on flat changing, and out the door to ride in less than 30 minutes!
