Friendly and efficient
Friendly service from Bo. Helped me find some sizes, pointed me to other items I might want, so instead of waling out with a pair of knee warmers, I had two pair, winter gloves, and a rain jacket. And I was happy about it.

The service guys are always super friendly and patient with my naive questions. They make you feel very welcome (which is often not the case in bike shops). I also find the service fees to be quite fair. I've had my bicycles serviced here over several years and it's always a great experience!

Staff are very helpful and seem to know what they are doing quite well. Selection in some areas is a bit thin, but I might just be out of touch with what is cool with bikes these days. =)
Friendly staff
Bike setup was done by James. He was patient and informative on the bike and riding techniques. Beyond what I would expect from a factory direct or big chain store. The Pro Caliber feels solid and top build quality. It was concerning that the left cap to the front fork was almost forgotten about. But he installed it last minute.
They were so friendly and helpful over the phone, I dropped my bike off that day. I got a call the next day saying it’s all done and ready for pick up! They’re so knowledgeable & kind, it was so worth paying for them to fix it than me trying to figure it out myself.

The staff went above and beyond my bike was fixed perfectly. It was washed and details that I did not ask about were fixed, they performed wonderfully.

Ordered a bike from Trek and had it sent to Phat Tire in Rogers for assembly. Pickup was incredibly easy. I believe Scott was who helped me - super knowledgeable guy and very friendly. Didn't push me to buy anything extra which I appreciate! Explained all the warranties and gave me a rundown of the bike itself. Overall, fantastic experience. 10/10
Staff went above and beyond! I'm from out of town and they recommended trails and delivered the petals I forgot on the rental back to my hotel. I wish Phat tire was in my hometown.
