The gentleman working was helpful and friendly. Would have liked to see a larger selection of readily available tires but he did state he could order from another store. Regardless, was an excellent experience and will definitely return.

Josh did a great job listening to and resolving my trike issues! He was quick to get the job done and he kept me informed along the way. I love the new shifter and grips he put on! He offered to change the front brake, but I said no and now I wish I did, I'll be back.

I was in town on vacation. I walked in to rent a bike for the day. The process was quick and easy. The guys made sure that the bike tires were aired up, and adjusted the seat to the right height for me. When I was done, checking in the bike was really quick and easy.

Phat Tire is well established in the area; so, I knew when I wanted to have my MTB updated/upgraded, I was going to seek their assistance. Once I showed them my 2016 KONA Explosif and described the modifications I was considering, the original sales/service tech talked me through everything I was considering and provided brand and product selections based on my riding needs and price points. I scheduled the service and left my bike in their care. Since a few of the products had to be special ordered, I left my bike with them for a few weeks. The originally desired FOX dropper was on back order, but the shop mechanic Josh, called me, explained my options and provided his replacement recommendation based on his riding own experience. I picked up the bike about a week later and it’s never looked, nor been better equipped for the NWA trail systems. Thanks Phat Tire. See you soon!
