No pressure to do more than what was needed or asked for. When doing a repair the representative went through just about every option and let me decide if I wanted to spend a lot or go with a less expensive part. Completed the work very quickly as well!
We visit from NY every year and without fail we need something. A derailleur fixed, a new tire, a tube, munchies, chamois cream, a fix for the bike rack, you name it. Everyone at Phat Tire is always so helpful and so accommodating. This year we (my husband) "needed" a new bicycle. Needless to say, we had a 4-bike bike rack and now 5 bikes. Not only did he get a sweet new bike but Phat Tire boxed up the old bike and made it really easy to have it picked up and shipped home. Thank you Adam! This is a great shop for anything you might need when you're in the area.

The Fayetteville team is a 10+++ from the original sale to maintenance to assisting with transporting my bike to my new home in Spain. My situation was unique due to a broken ankle and international move. They were experts with my Trek bike needs, patient with storing my bike for several months while I was recovering from surgery, and very helpful in transferring it to LR to assist in a family member flying with it internationally. I highly recommend them for their knowledge in Trek bikes and customer service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need or want. The products they sell there are great. After having my bike serviced there it rides like it's brand new. Anyone looking for a new bike or just getting a tune up on their old one I would suggest Phat Tire.

10 gold stars to the phat tire bike shop crews in Bella vista and Bentonville. I was here for a 3 day stay and in day two I bent my rim. With only 30 minutes until closing. The team at bella vista called around to gather enough parts to build a new wheel and by 6:15 I was back in business. Their sene of urgency and care to make sure I rode another day was off the charts. I’m sure all bike shops in this area are great, but my loyalty is team phat tire! Let’s go!

Josh provided excellent customer service while helping me select the right bike, helmet and other accessories. He adjusted the settings on the bike, attached a drink holder and helped me load the bike in my SUV. I was ready to hit the road when I walked out of the store.

I was very uninformed about e bikes and knew very little about them when going to buy a new bike. I had went to other shops to familiarize myself with them and what I could glean from the internet. The customer service I received from Rocket and his staff was top notch. Not only did he explain all aspects of the e bikes but made sure we knew what we were purchasing and the expectations we had and what the e bike would deliver. He spent time to ensure we had the right size/fit, accessories, helmets etc. Rocket answered every question we had and then some. We left in a win-win mode, happy and pleased with the price point and the quality of our e bike. Rocket also personally delivered our bikes and made sure everything was to our satisfaction and backs it up with mechanical in house service if needed. We went for our first ride of 20 miles and we are so pleased, the bikes were exceptional. If hadn’t been for the knowledge of Rocket and his staff with excellent customer service and ensuring the customer was well informed, I might have made a wrong purchase. We saved time and money at Phat Tire with Rocket. Our Townie E Bikes are fantastic. Thank you again Rocket and the staff at Phat Tire in Rogers.

The guys working at the Rogers location on February 26th were fantastically helpful and enjoyable to talk with. The products are the not too different from any other bike shop, so the thing that will continue to make Phat tire stand out is the willingness of the employees to engage and serve everyone that calls or walks in the door.
As always, quick service with great advice and recommendations for maintaining my bikes.
