Friendly greetings and conversation along with unique products (Salsa cycles, Taurus gloves, cool Phat Tire threads) and the chance to come back and rent a bike during Family Weekend! We moved my daughter in to the U of A this week, and I’m looking forward to coming back and riding during family visits and Razorback Football weekends!
Friendly staff, and great selection of products and bikes - I would love to see more color options of helmets and women's clothing/kits, but otherwise, a great store!

Customer service was great because I am a person who has many questions and I asked a lot of questions and there were answers for almost every question. I had so great customer service on that part. Great salesman, very informative overall. I would go back and I probably will go back for my tune-up after about 6 months of riding my new e-bike
