Was in and out in 10 minutes but in that short time, I was very impressed with the vibe of the place, the exquisite interior layout, and the quality of the product on display. But mostly I was impressed with the two gentlemen that greeted me to their store. Wish I’d caught their names but I’m sure one of the was the owner.
Two older guys (like myself( who clearly knew what they were doing and how best to handle my minor problem. I’m a novice at bicycling and bicycle shops, but I now know for certain where I’m going whenever I have any cycling needs in the future. Phat Tire rocks!!

They are there to help you find that you want rather than telling you what they think you want. If you are unsure, they are great to talk it through with you but we’re not pushy about it.
Dustin is extremely knowledgeable. Found a glitch in my DI2 front derailleur that no one else has been able to fix!
Darryl was very knowledgable and helpful in my recent bicycle purchase, communication was top notch as well from him and the store they transferred the bike to so it would be closer for me to pick up.
