The staff was amazing!!
Dropped off a leaking tire and 20 minutes later it’s done and back on the bike! They had to break the tire down, replace Valve stem, replace rim tape, and top off the sealant. Phat Tire is top notch!
They gave me a water bottle and I like water bottles.
Everyone was great as always. Maxwell was especially helpful when I was having trouble with my new dropper. He made a quick tweak to the cable and I was good to go!

My husband and I went to Phat Tire in Broken Arrow not knowing anything other than we were interested in getting into riding. We talked with Steve and he let us test-ride a few bikes. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He talked with us about things we didn't even know to ask.
We ended up buying the bikes we test rode and again Steve was very helpful in talking with us, making sure we understood the basics of bicycle ownership. We have two great bikes and are very pleased with the welcome and education we received from Steve at Phat Tire Broken Arrow.
