I have had good fortune with the 2-Trek bikes I have purchased. The help I receive from your personnel, at the Riverside store, is the reason I keep coming back. They are helpful, and always willing to help.
The store had majority of the items I was looking for and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me with a lot of the questions I had and gave me some pointers that were helpful to understand MTB parts better.

I went to have a tube replaced on my son's bike and left with a repaired tire and armed with information regarding the differences between tube and tubeless tires and a source for determining the correct tire pressure I should be using on each of the various bike's our family owns. The tech that helped me was personal.....and professional and made my trip to Phat Tire quite enjoyable!

Called the day before and was greeted with bring the bike in we can fix your flat tire. From start to finish it was a great experience the employee showed me a part that would need to be replaced when I get home to Missouri on the seat post. Flat fixed and ready to ride. recently purchased two Marlin 5s and was initially disappointed when I wasn’t given the option to take the pedals that come with them—a simple miscommunication. But what happened next truly impressed me. Upon raising my concern, I was contacted almost immediately, and the issue was resolved with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care.
In a time when true customer service often feels like a thing of the past, receiving a call that focused on helping rather than blaming was incredibly refreshing. It’s rare to feel valued as a customer these days, but this experience reminded me that there are still companies out there that truly care. The guys at Phat Tire Springdale took my exploratory call the day before my intent to rent an e-bike. The phone call was answered problem and all my questions were efficiently addressed. I provided my intent of date and time to rent and they asked for name and phone number to book.
That's all. It was just as straightforward when I arrived the next day; a quick release form and method of payment. Initial bike didn't feel sized correctly so they worked with me to get another more suitable one. E-Bike performed flawlessly and the return later in then day was a quick dropoff of equipment. No hassles with anything at anytime. All questions answered promptly and promised kept on all sides!

I feel a friendly and welcoming vibe every time i come into the shop whether that be the South Tulsa location or Downtown location. Every staff member is very helpful and patient with my questions about the different types of bicycles and helping me to grown my knowledge in the sport. More recently the guys at the South Tulsa shop went out of their way to make things right when we discovered the gift cards my parents had been gifting me for a couple years were losing value. I had been saving them up to get my first road bicycle to get a little more serious about my fitness and into the sport some more. They were very patient and helpful especially Ezra and the bicycle maintenance lead.
Kevin, Morgan, and Darryl always take great care of me. Excellent service and turn around on repairs as well as great advice on products. My go to local bike shop.
