I had a great experience at Phat Tire in Bentonville. I bought a bike and was really happy with the deal I got, but what stood out even more was the customer service. There were some scratches on the bike I hadn’t even noticed, and the staff caught it and took care of it right away—no questions asked.
It’s clear they care about doing things right. I’d definitely recommend stopping in if you’re looking for a bike or need help with anything cycling-related.

Good selection, knowledgeable staff, but more importantly friendly and helpful. I was able to get very quick service after a I broke a chain on my morning ride. It's nice to have a free beer while you wait too :) Seriously though, this is one of my favorite bike stores and each time I'm in Bentoville, I and my friends stop by two or three times.
