The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had traveled 15 hours to bike in AR and on my 3rd day, I got a flat tire. It was not repairable. When we brought my bike into Phat Tire, Ryker said he would be able to help me. I needed to get a new tire, and he patiently explained the difference between the tires he had in stock. I made my selection and he immediately began to change it. It didn't take very long, and I was grateful to be able to get back on the trails. Thank you Phat Tire and Ryker for the top-notch service.

Phat tire did a great job setting me up with an E-MTB rental for the day and making sure I was fully ready to go and the setup met my needs. They've always been great working on my other bikes and working through issues that I'm not able to resolve myself. Compared to all the shops I've used over the years, I feel they're prices are reasonable and their work holds up.

Katherine was super helpful and nice! She helped me find the right size helmet and made some good suggestions for bike accessories. She also showed me the safety lights that were made to fit my helmet. I’ll be back to get those eventually!
