The rental selection, price and service was great! Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will rent from Phat Tire again when family members are in town and want to ride. This will be the place we bring our every day bikes to for service because we were very impressed with the company as a whole. We are planning to purchase e-bikes soon and will be using Phat tire because of everything stated above.

Not everyone in customer service is sincere in their smile and polite words. The guy that helped me seemed to truly desire to help me. And he did so with a sense of urgency, a willingness and patience with my questions (I had several), and competence with his tasks.
Not only would I recommend Phat Tire, but this specific location.
Brice took my bike and my wife’s bike in for a repair without an appointment and had it completed within minutes. Brice was very helpful and had suggestions. We love the new store and it will become our go to for repairs and purchases !
