The service guys are always super friendly and patient with my naive questions. They make you feel very welcome (which is often not the case in bike shops). I also find the service fees to be quite fair. I've had my bicycles serviced here over several years and it's always a great experience!

Staff are very helpful and seem to know what they are doing quite well. Selection in some areas is a bit thin, but I might just be out of touch with what is cool with bikes these days. =)

Bike setup was done by James. He was patient and informative on the bike and riding techniques. Beyond what I would expect from a factory direct or big chain store. The Pro Caliber feels solid and top build quality. It was concerning that the left cap to the front fork was almost forgotten about. But he installed it last minute.
They were so friendly and helpful over the phone, I dropped my bike off that day. I got a call the next day saying it’s all done and ready for pick up! They’re so knowledgeable & kind, it was so worth paying for them to fix it than me trying to figure it out myself.
