Had an issue with a tandem road bike. Parts took awhile to get in, but understandable as they the bike company (Burley) went out of business in 2007. Prices were reasonable and the mechanics friendly and totally capable.

The chain on my mountain bike broke shortly after starting to explore the relatively new WOKA trail system. Many thanks to Darren and crew at Phat Tire in Siloam Springs for stopping what they were working on and installing a new chain for me in a matter of minutes. Instead of having to cancel my ride plans, their efforts got me back on the trails in no time. Thank you for your awesome service, guys!

Dane was incredible. He performed a quick bike fit for my wife last minute. Very nice of him to squeeze us in. He set proper expectations that he’d needed to keep an eye on the store.
