On Saturday February 17th, 2024, I broke a spoke and with it a tiny chunk of my rim came off too. Limped over to Phat Tire and luckily I was able to get my bicycle into their service department immediately. Bicycled away with my new wheel for a great price in less than an hour. Thanks Phat Tire!

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as they provided detailed examples that helped me make the best bike selections for my two boys! They also worked behind the scenes to get my second bike locally versus having to wait for it to come in from the supplier. So thankful for the smiles they gave my boys and the memories that will be made!
