I love the attention to detail and patience that I receive each time that I visit Phat Tire. I love riding my bike and I am not a “true and hard “ bike rider. With the staff having this knowledge, they still treat me well by being courteous and informative.

They were able to help point me to what I needed to get back on the trail and went the extra mile to see if the Bentonville location had something specific I wanted. They even asked if I would be joining their group ride, which I wasn't aware took place. Thanks for the hospitality!

Carson, and Kevin always go above and beyond for me.. you couldn't ask for a better crew, the friendly atmosphere but also the knowledge and recommendations they give me is worth so much to me. For instance I'll take my bike in to have something done and Carson finds and fixes issues I didn't know I had, he keeps my bike on the trail and rolling fast. Kevin is always so friendly and happy to help me look for parts and take some time to make sure I get the answers I'm looking for. I race for bike lab but I wouldn't trust my bike with anyone else but Carson. Big thanks for all the help over the years.. buy those guys some tacos!
