Convenient location and fast service
The guys at Phat Tire quickly got my bike in for a tune up and got the bike back to me fast, so fast in fact that it didn't impact my normal ride schedule.

What do I like about your products and service? Easier to say there is nothing I didnāt like. Everyone was super knowledgeable, your selection of parts and gear was huge, the serviceā¦. Was absolutely top notch and Iām extremely grateful for it. We had a bad run of 4 tire flats, fork blew, derailleur cracking, probably more. Itās been a long week. But every single time we rolled a bike into the shop we were greeted by super nice guys that I do think genuinely cared about our experience and our time riding in Bentonville.
Seriously - two times (in our trip) our service tech left the shop to check out other shops for parts we needed on our giant bike. Once even calling a friend of a friend that should have a fork that will work for our bike. Who does that?!
