Phat tire in Bella Vista got me going again literally in an hour when I broke a spoke and punctured my rim tape. They could have easily declined and had me rent a bike when I walked in at 4 pm, but they turned me around and I was riding that evening. They saved my trip and I really appreciate that! Quick & customer oriented
More about the people, I don't know enough about products. The team wasn't stuffy, rather they talked among themselves like I was part of the group. When I had a question, they brought the old parts out and pointed to the broken component - they didn't try to hide anything. Even offered my old parts back - not a new idea, but it isn't done that much any more!

I took my bike in for an urgent fix on a weekday afternoon, and the techs were able to get me in quickly, and patiently explained their plan to fix the bike. In spite of my readiness to pay a premium to get back out on the trail, and the tech sharing a couple 'worst case scenarios' in the repair, they were able to fix it back up perfectly with the lowest-cost option.
Any time a technician is able to prepare me for the worst, but deliver the best, I'm a huge fan. Thanks to Phat Tire in Rogers for treating me fairly! I'll be back here whenever I need a fix-up or a rental.

I had a wonderful experience at Phat Tire in Broken Arrow. Morgan and Kevin were excellent customer service people. I really appreciated the time that they took to help me find what I needed. I was also really surprised when I asked Morgan if he knew anyone who refurbished vintage bicycles. He quickly found a business card for a local shop that does the work. I will be returning to Phat Tire.

They were great on answering all of my questions and explaining and showing me hands on what they were talking about. I had called later in the evening looking for a specific bike that the website said they had in stock, and by the time I got a chance to go by the next afternoon, they had already unpacked the bike, assembled it, ensured everything was working properly and had it ready to go for my daughter. Will definitely be back with all future bike needs and work.
