Quick diagnosis and fix for my mechanical issue
Been here several times as an out-of-towner and will be back anytime I visit Bentonville. They had the small part I needed two weeks ago while out there riding and just this past Monday they took my bike in for an on-the-spot broken chain replacement and AXS rear derail adjustment. I walked in right at opening time and Mike in service had a wheel in his trueing stand that he said was a priority but would do his best to get to my bike straight away after finishing the wheel and in between customers as he was flying solo for the day. He had me up and running within an hour of dropping off and didn’t shy away from engaging in small talk, ie connecting with me as a person. Class act to say the least. Thanks!

I came in with a worn down flat tire looking for a new tire in a not so common size. Not only was the tire size I wanted available, but Thomas was able to install it for me and true my rear wheel while I ate lunch across the street. Great job and great turnaround time to get me back on the trail with no downtime!!

A wonderful service, I arrived on Saturday morning with my bike because it felt strange, they helped me put air in it and when I finished my route, I returned to the store and they did a magnificent maintenance.

I went in the shop to ask questions about improving my bike. James and Shane were very helpful. They didn't push sales on me but we came up with a game plan. They also found an issue with my rear hub bearings and fixed it pretty quick. I'll be doing business with them again.
Had a problem with the battery on my eBike - They reset it so it worked again. They also did a bunch of software updates on the bike. They are always very helpful.
